Yoga and Meditation
The practice of yoga and meditation balances our body, mind, energy and spirit. Kundalini Yoga follows the principles of classical yoga practice, focusing on breathing combined with body movement, along with relaxation, meditation and sound (naad yoga) to balance the nervous system in order to activate regeneration in the body, mental clarity and conscious awareness
Ayurvedic Nutrition
Ayurvedic Science discovers for us a simple, sacred and intuitive way of nourishing us and taking care of ourselves. Through the knowledge of the food qualities and its effects on our body type (prakriti) we can learn to choose the best options for us and use food as medicine
Ritual Sound
The use of sound as a tool for healing, revitalization and consciousness has been present in all ancient cultures and continues to this day. Ritual sound is what helps us connect with a state of relaxation of the nervous system where the processes of regeneration and rebalancing of body and mind can be carried out to strengthen our energy, our spirit and our consciousness

yoga and sound rituals
This Inca offering ritual called jaywaricuy is a loving experience of connection with the land and spirit.
The offering is prepared, mostly with food and flowers to give thanks for life.
The process of creating the offering is personal and very significant. The experience we gain from creating our own offering is the most important part of the ceremonial process. The energy of gratitude releases physical and mental tensions, and the feeling of balance with nature leads us to states of emotional and mental clarity, in addition to recharging us energetically.
Generally the offering ceremony is celebrated to begin, continue or end important moments in our lives. We can bring a specific intention of transformation to work through the offering.
Bathing in sound is letting the sound cover us, touch us and move inside us everything that needs to move and flow.
During a sound bath we lie down and relax to let the vibrations of the sound waves impact our body and begin to massage our skin, penetrating our muscles, organs and fluids, so we begin to vibrate and flow with the sound.
The instruments used during the sound bath and the way of playing them, in a ritual style, promote this surrounding experience of sound vibration.
The sound bath is a vibratory journey that is experienced both on a physical level, as well as on an emotional, mental and energetic level. The sound moves fluids in the body that release both physical and emotional blockages. Our vitality and energy are reinforced and our mental clarity manages to connect with experiences that need to be released, repositioned or remembered and reincorporated.
As a result of this, we are likely to feel clear and powerful messages to our being in the form of sensations, visions or intuitions.
Kundalini Yoga is an integral yoga practice that includes both physical exercise and meditation practice to restore body balance and develop clarity and awareness.
It is based on the practice of kriyas, which are sets of exercises that include specific breathing techniques (pranayama), postures with movement (asana), silent or sound relaxation (savasana) and meditation, generally with mantra (naad yoga).
Each kriya is established with the purpose of activating some important energy points in our body to balance our main body energy systems (normally the nervous, circulatory, lymphatic systems, etc.) which prepares the body to practice deep meditation.
After a Kundalini Yoga practice we usually feel full of energy, calm, relieved, with more vitality and clarity.
customized therapeutic sessions
This consultation is an assessment of the specific body type of a person. According to Ayurvedic science, there are 3 body types related to the elements in nature. Ayurveda uses food as medicine, so once we know our body type, we know which foods are the best to balance our body and mind for a healthy living.
Ayurveda has many different types of massage for healing. Mostly we start with abhyanga, a calming and soothing massage for the nervous system to heal and rebalance. Starting from the head and continuing with the whole body, we nourish the body with specific oil suitable for the body type of the person.
This brings tension release in the nervous system, nutrition to the skin, activation of the circulation and lymphatic system and internal massage of the organs in the body.
This is a body therapy practice that works for the activation of the nervous system through breathing and massage techniques, so that the nervous system releases repressed emotions that create tension and pain in our body and mind, as well as blockages in our energy flow.
This practice will allow us to release emotions from traumatic events in our lives, so that we can regenerate the balanced response of our nervous system to regain health and vitality.
