Sundays of gong and regeneration

A gentle and rebalancing yoga and sound session to release tension and recharge your energy.

We begin with a time for sharing over a cup of tea, then an energizing Kundalini Yoga warm-up, followed by a 45-minute sound bath, mostly gong. After the sound bath, we have a recovery time and a short time for sharing.

Please bring clothing that allows you to move easily, as well as your mat and blanket to stay comfortable.

We will be at Espacio Bohemia, near Huelin Park in Málaga. We start at 11:00 a.m. and finish at 2:00 p.m. If you are coming by car, please contact us for parking advice. (Espacio BOHEMIA)

The contribution will be €20. The reservation fee will be €10, and the remainder can be paid on the day of the event.
