Welcome to nhà kanchay, a space that offers tools for health, freedom, and awareness.

The desire to create this space of care, for physical and spiritual health, arises from the personal experience of welcoming, caring, delicacy, and respect that the Vietnamese people have taught me during the 13 years I have lived in Vietnam, and which give the spirit to this project.

Nhà is the Vietnamese word for house, also used as a synonym for family and home. The nhà kanchay project’s aim is the creation of a space of inner home and intimate reconnection for care and rest, for the release of tension, the expansion of the breath, the strengthening of our muscles, the regeneration of fluids in the basic systems of our body, and for deep relaxation.

K’anchay is a Quechua word (Andean language) that means light, luminosity, brightness. This space of welcoming, re-balancing and rest that the practices offer, fosters a balanced, luminous state, where one experiences greater vitality, freedom, awareness, and peace.

The Ancestral knowledge practices are the tools of inner "brilliance" that helps us carry out the work of nhà kanchay: increasing our vitality and freedom to enjoy being exactly who we are.
