Welcome to nhà kanchay.
A small, loving and modest project that seeks to share the ancestral knowledge transmitted by Yoga, Ayurveda, Andean spirituality and ritual sound to strengthen our physical, mental, energetic and spiritual health.
The energy of nhà kanchay is created thanks to the welcoming, caring, loving and delicate character of the Vietnamese people, who have taught me a lot during the 13 years that I have lived in Vietnam teaching Spanish, and for what I am deeply grateful.
Nhà is the Vietnamese word for house, but it is also used as a synonym for family and home.
The feeling of home as a loving space where our authentic self is always welcome so it can feel free, where listening is always available, that is the spirit and space that vibrates nhà kanchay.
K’anchay is a Quechua word (Andean language) that means light, luminosity, brightness. This space of welcoming, re-balancing and rest that the practices offer, fosters a balanced, luminous state, to continue unveiling our life with more vitality, peace, clarity and awareness.
The Ancestral knowledge practices are the tools of vibration for inner “brilliance” that we use to carry out the work of nhà kanchay: to welcome, care, love, vibrate, shine, liberate and be exactly who we are.
